Terms of service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

The contractual terms between OneSpec and the customer organisation.

Subject

These Terms govern the use of the OneSpec platform by the customer organisation («Customer») and the persons it authorises.

OneSpec is a digital product of CORE829 SRL, which is its provider and the party to the contracts, invoicing and payments (handled through Stripe). In these Terms «OneSpec» means the service and its team.

Account and registration

Access requires creating an account and verifying the email address.

New registrations may be opened or suspended by OneSpec. Each organisation accesses the service with the paid plan it has chosen, on the terms shown at the time of subscription.

Plans and fees

OneSpec offers two families of subscription: the «Online quotes» plans (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3), dedicated to the quote configurator that can be published on the Customer's website and, where included, to the Showroom configurator; and the «Full platform» plans (Base, Pro, Agency, Enterprise), which also include the work management modules. The Customer freely chooses the family and the plan and can switch from one to the other at any time from the «Plan and billing» section.

The plans, limits and prices in force are those published on the pricing page at the time of subscription. Prices are shown net of VAT, which is applied on the invoice according to the rules in force.

Detailed economic terms, invoicing, applicable taxes and payment methods: prices are those shown on the Plans page and at checkout at the time of purchase; the subscription renews automatically monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page, with effect at the end of the period already paid; payments are handled by Stripe; applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout according to the rules in force; in case of non-payment access may be suspended after the reminders provided by the service.

Non-payment may lead to suspension of access after notice.

«Online quotes» plans (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3)

Level plans are billed monthly only, have no free trial period and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the period already paid.

Each Level plan includes, for each calendar month, a maximum number of: quote requests received by the public configurator; PDF documents the Customer can download; WhatsApp sends made by the Customer from the application; and, where included, quotes, documents and WhatsApp sends of the Showroom configurator. It also includes a maximum number of configurators and users. The values of each plan are those published on the pricing page; Level 2 and Level 3 provide respectively twice and five times the monthly limits of Level 1.

A PDF document or a WhatsApp send relating to the same request or the same quote is counted only once: downloading or sending it again does not use further units. Counters reset on the first day of each calendar month.

Requests received beyond the monthly limit are not lost: they are recorded, but the requester's contact details become visible to the Customer only after moving to a higher plan or from the first day of the following month. Once the monthly limit of PDFs or WhatsApp sends is reached, those functions are available again from the following month or with a higher plan.

Modules not included in the Level plans (including B2B quotes with signature, customers and deals, job sites, surveys, installation, acceptance tests, QR files, statistics and, depending on the plan, Showroom and logistics) remain visible but cannot be used. The «Powered by OneSpec» mark is shown in the Level 1 configurator; the Level 2 and Level 3 plans include customisation with the Customer's brand (white-label).

The limits measure the use of the application's functions; the Customer undertakes not to circumvent them by technical means (see «Acceptable use»).

Plan changes, cancellation and suspension

Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately: the new limits apply at once and requests recorded beyond the current month's limit become visible. Moving to a lower plan, or from a «Full platform» plan to a Level plan, does not delete any data: modules not included in the new plan become temporarily unusable and are available again with a plan that includes them.

Moving to a plan with fewer users than the Customer's active users is possible only after removing the excess users. If the Customer has more published configurators than the new Level plan allows, only the oldest configurators within the plan's limit remain available to the public.

In case of cancellation or suspension of the subscription, for any plan, the public configurator stops being available to visitors at the end of the paid period. Any requests received during the suspension are recorded, but their contact details become visible only when the subscription is reactivated.

Refunds

OneSpec is a digital product provided by subscription (monthly or yearly): access to the platform and its functions is made available to the Customer immediately upon payment or renewal. For this reason, except where mandatorily provided by the applicable law, fees paid are not refundable, in whole or in part, including where the service is not used during the period already paid.

When moving to a lower plan (downgrade), any credit accrued on the period already paid is not refunded in money but remains available as credit on the platform, applied automatically to the next renewal or charge — viewable at any time in the «Plan and billing» section of the account.

Cancelling the subscription (cancelling renewal) does not give the right to any refund of the fee already paid for the current period: access stays active until the end of that period, as shown at the time of cancellation.

Any mandatory rights provided by the applicable law for cases where the service is not provided for reasons attributable to OneSpec remain unaffected.

Promotion codes

OneSpec may offer, for limited periods and in limited quantities, promotion codes to be entered on the payment page. The conditions of each code (discount, plans covered, maximum number of redemptions and any expiry date) are those communicated with the code and applied by the payment system at the time of purchase; once the available redemptions are used up or the expiry date has passed, the code is no longer valid.

Unless stated otherwise, a promotion code: is valid only for the first purchase of a new subscription and only once per Customer; applies only to the first invoice of plans billed monthly, while the list price in force applies from the following invoice; is not valid for the Enterprise plan or for yearly billing; cannot be combined with the invite programme discount; has no cash value, is not transferable and gives no right to refunds or credits.

VAT, where due, is calculated on the discounted amount. OneSpec may refuse or withdraw a discount obtained in breach of these conditions, for example by opening several accounts for the same organisation.

Acceptable use

The Customer undertakes not to use the service for unlawful activities, not to attempt to circumvent technical or security limits or the usage limits of its plan, and not to upload content for which it does not hold the rights. The Customer keeps its credentials and the two-step verification recovery codes safe; we recommend enabling two-step verification for everyone with access to the platform.

The Customer is responsible for the content, price lists and data it enters and for their compliance with the applicable rules.

Support

Support is provided through tickets in the platform's «Support» section and, for those who cannot sign in, through the «Contact us» page. OneSpec staff reply on working days.

The first-response and resolution times OneSpec aims for are internal targets, not guarantees or binding service levels, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Enterprise Customer (see «Limitation of liability» and the agreed availability terms).

In tickets the Customer undertakes not to enter passwords, verification codes, payment card data or unnecessary personal data, not to attach unlawful or offensive content or content for which it does not hold the rights, and to use only the permitted attachments (PNG, JPG, WebP images and PDF, up to 3 files per message and 8 MB each). OneSpec may remove non-compliant content and close tickets that abuse the service. Attachments are checked automatically and those that fail the security check are rejected.

A resolved ticket with no further replies closes automatically after 7 days; closed tickets and their attachments are deleted according to the times set out in the privacy policy.

Indicative prices of the configurator

The prices shown by the widget are indicative estimates calculated on the price lists provided by the Customer and do not constitute a contractual offer to the end consumer, unless a different setting is allowed by local regulations.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, OneSpec's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer to OneSpec in the twelve months preceding the event that caused the damage, excluding in any case indirect losses (loss of profit, loss of customers or of data not attributable to OneSpec); liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury) remain unaffected.

The mandatory rights of a consumer Customer, where applicable, remain unaffected.

Term, withdrawal and governing law

The contract lasts for the subscription period and renews unless cancelled.

Portability and switching provider (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854, «Data Act»): at any time, including after cancellation and for at least 30 days, the Customer can export its data from the Account page in a structured format (JSON) or request help migrating to another provider by writing to hello@onespec.eu; after that period the data are deleted according to the privacy policy.

Since this is a subscription service intended for a professional organisation, the right of withdrawal provided by the Italian Consumer Code for distance contracts with consumers does not apply. Even where applicable, that right would in any case lapse for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium whose performance began with the Customer's express agreement, with waiver of the right of withdrawal, when the subscription was activated (Art. 59(o), Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The relationship is governed by Romanian law (with mandatory application of EU rules, in particular the GDPR), excluding the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Competent courts: the competent courts of Roman / Neamț (Romania), registered office of CORE829 SRL, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer where applicable.
